An Interesting Fact

I just read that boys don't like to talk because their vocal chords are longer and they use more effort when speaking.

Does that mean that boys with higher voices (shorter vocal chords) talk more? (or maybe boys with higher voices don't have shorter vocal chords and I'm wrong)

What does this say about politicians/movie stars?
